Q What insurances do you accept?
A We accept Tricare, Medicare, Medcost, Aetna, United Health Care, UMR, Humana, and all Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please call if you have a question regarding your specific insurance. We are currently not accepting Medicaid.
Q Do I need an appointment?
A No appointment is necessary. Wilson Immediate Care is a walk in clinic.
Q What doctor is on duty today?
A We have a team of physicians that work on a rotation; please call if you would like to know which provider is working.
Q Can you take x-rays?
A Yes, we have a digital x-ray machine in our office.
Q Can you provide on-site lab services?
A Yes, we provide on-site lab testing.
Q Can you provide travel vaccines?
A Yes, we are a CDC certified travel vaccine clinic. Please call to discuss your vaccine needs.
Q Can your physicians perform DOT physicals?
A Yes our physicians are USDOT FMCSA Nationally Certified Medical Examiners, look for us on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners - www.nationalregistry.fmcsa.dot.gov
Q Can I be billed for my office visit?
A We do not bill for services. Payment in full is expected at the time of service.
Q What do I need to bring with me?
A Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card and any medications/prescriptions you are taking.
Q What types of payments do you accept?
A We accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Check, Cash.
